(Feb. 11, 2011) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Alonso Galdamez, assigned to the ballistic-missile submarine the USS Tennessee (SSBN 734), sautees shrimp during the Best of the Mess Challenge competition at the Virginia Beach Sheraton Oceanfront hotel. Galdamez supplemented the Commander, Submarine Force Atlantic culinary team, which competed against four other commands showcasing their culinary specialties.
