Browne, executive officer of the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), a Eucharistic minister during Catholic Mass in the ship's forecastle. Carl Vinson is underway supporting Southern Seas 2010, a U.S. Southern Command-directed operation that provides U.S. and international forces the opportunity to operate in a multi-national environment.
