Pearl Harbor is in Fujairah to pick up 109 tons of food, water and other essential emergency supplies bound for earthquake relief efforts in Pakistan. The United States is participating in a multinational assistance and support effort led by the Pakistani Government to bring aid to the victims of the devastating earthquake that struck Pakistan on October 8, 2005.
