The run was held in memory of Cpl. Sara Medina and Lance Cpl. Jacob Hug, who died May 12, 2015 when a UH-1Y Huey helicopter with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 469 crashed during Operation Sahayohi Haat, a multinational humanitarian and disaster relief effort, in Nepal.
