Col. Isaac Davidson, Inter-American Air Forces Academy

Col. Isaac Davidson, Inter-American Air Forces Academy commandant, welcomed foreign mission partners to the 4th annual Western Hemisphere Exchange Symposium May 19 at San Antonio, Texas. The symposium extended until May 24 and was an opportunity for representatives from the U.S. and visiting countries to share best practices and lessons learned.
