Vivian Sersen, from Baltimore, Md., embarked aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) administers medicine to a Haitian baby at a Continuing Promise 2010 medical site. Iwo Jima is operating off the coast of Haiti supporting Continuing Promise 2010, a humanitarian and civic assistance mission.
