Micheal Schmoyer, assigned to the U.S. Public Health Service, embarked aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), talks to a local Costa Rican man about his medical issue at a medical site set supporting Continuing Promise 2010. The assigned medical and engineering staff embarked aboard Iwo Jima are working with partner nation teams to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering assistance in eight different nations.
