Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group (IWO ESG) returned to their homeport of Norfolk, Va. after completing a six-month deployment to the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) 5th Fleet and U.S. European Command (EUCOM) 6th Fleet areas of responsibility (AOR) to conduct Maritime Security Operations (MSO) and assist in the evacuation of American citizens out of Lebanon.
