Gross, during a Navy Band afternoon rehearsal in the Sail Loft at Washington Navy Yard. The rehearsal was in preparation for the 9th Annual Navy Band High School Concerton Competition Concert at the Chesapeake Arts Center in Brooklyn Hights, Md. The Concerto Competition highlights the talent of exceptionally gifted student musicians by giving them the opportunity to rehearse and perform a solo with the Navy Concert Band.
