Joe Kilkenny, Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, the Recruiters of the Year and their family members during a remembrance tour of the Pentagon. Twelve of the Navy's Recruiters of the Year (ROY) are participating in ROY Week Dec. 11-15. The week includes luncheons with Friends of the Navy, meetings with senior Navy leadership and visits to historical sites.
