Charles Baggett, born in 1941, talked about his father Herman, who owned car dealerships in Hugo, Oklahoma, and the relationship Herman developed with the circus community; in particular with D.R. Miller. Charles described his experiences growing up with children who traveled with the circus and shared his favorite memories of attending circuses through the years. After his father retired, Charles took over the family business and continued its relationship with the circus community.
