Original Caption: Reviewers at salute as National Army Colors pass. Reviewers saluting as the colors passed the Public Library when 10,000 men from Camp Upton, L.I., New York, paraded thru New York City. In the stand from left to right are: General Mann, who commended the Rainbow Division; Brigadier-General Johnson, Commander of the Division at Camp Upton; Secretary. of the Navy Daniels and Lt. Governor Schenck of New York State. Feb. 22, 1918.
