ST JOHNS, Antigua (May. 13, 2009) Builder 1st Class Kentys Miller, U.S. Naval engineer aboard Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) participates in a subject matter expert exchange (SMEE). The five day long SMEE provided valuable information for engineers from both countries as the team discussed execution of project management methods in Antigua and the United States.
