LIMA, Peru (Sep. 20, 2010) Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Daniel Mendoza, right, security force assistance mobile training team member, supervises a Peruvian coast guardsman's coxswain skills during coxswain tactical maneuver skills training aboard the Peruvian patrol boat PC 228 Coishco with the Peruvian coast guard. The team is a component of Maritime Civil Affairs Security and Training Command and is deployed to Peru to instruct and train the Peruvian coast guard as a means to enhance their small boat patrol capabilities.
