Petty Officer 3rd Class Brian Boggs, a machinery technician that recently transferred into the Sea Marshal program here, boards the pilot's boat to transit out to the arriving ship. The cooperation with the port pilots here allows the Sea Marshals to conduct their boardings without interfering with the ship's schedule.
