Benicia Arsenal, Barracks, Benicia, Solano County, CA
Summary
Significance: First buildings erected when Barracks established here in 1849. Benicia Arsenal established on adjoining land, and eventually moved farther south. The Hospital (CA-1945) was part of this grouping. The only stone structure, it was the only one to survive fire in 1922.
