Three scribes: scribes 1 and 2 use an old-fashioned vertical Gothic; scribe 3 uses a small anglicana currens with thorn.
Decoration (on fol. 1-63 only): blue display-type letters, blue paragraph marks, blue and red line fillers, and associated penwork, mostly red. Several drawings of human faces. Red ink penwork.
Tipped onto (later) paper flyleaf which follows fol. 78 is a folded sheet of modern paper (ca. 260 x 255 mm folded to 180 x 139 mm) containing a manuscript copy of a piece of music with caption: An antient canon. Sung by the monks. Morning prayer.
Binding: 19th century, brown calf over paper boards.
