The "Telstar" was the first civile telecommunication satellite for an broadcast and TV transmission in USA and West Europe. This satellite was launched on 10 July 1962 by the NASA and was only active for 7 month. Nevertheless he is locaced still today (2019) in the near-earth orbit.
