Atlantic Highlands, N.J., June 18, 2013 -- With the support of a FEMA Public Assistance grant, work is nearing completion on the $19 million reconstruction of the Atlantic Highlands Marina. All of the piers and docks at the marina were destroyed during Hurricane Sandy. The borough-owned facility serves commuters to New York City as well as pleasure-boaters who moor their boats there during the summer months.
