Summary
Significance: It is an excellent example of a southeastern Colorado sheep ranch established during the 1880s. Several vernacular construction techniques and materials common in the Pinon Canyon area are represented in the homestead. The adobe residence has a linear plan and semicircular fireplace, features of Hispanic architecture, and a segmentally arched roof, derivative of Anglo architecture...
