Arden H. Ballard House, 218 North Washington Street, Ypsilanti, Washtenaw County, MI

Significance: The Ladies Literary Club house is a surviving example of a 1840s Greek Revival house, with massive entry columns. The organization has owned the property since 1913 and was honored with a historic marker in 1965 as first Michigan State Historical Commission designation for a building.
