ARABIAN GULF (July 1, 2015) U.S. Marine Capt. Neil MacLaren, right, congratulates Cpl. Carter Reames during a promotion ceremony aboard the dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD 47). MacLaren is the commanding officer for Kilo Company, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Reames is a field radio operator with Kilo Co.
