U.S. NAVAL CENTRAL COMMAND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (Mar. 03, 2007) An MH-60S Seahawk assigned to the Dragon Whales of Combat Support Squadron (HSC) 28, maneuvers away from the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) after delivering two pallets from the Military Sealift Command (MSC) combat stores ship USNS Concord (T-AFS 5). Bataan received nearly 700 pallets of food, repair parts and mail during a connected replenishment (CONREP) and vertical replenishment (VERTREP) with Concord. Bataan is on a scheduled deployment conducting Maritime Security Operations (MSO) as the flagship of the Bataan Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG).
