GULF OF OMAN (Apr. 14, 2015) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter attached to the Red Lions of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 15 transports supplies from the flight deck of the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl (T-AO 193) to the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) during a replenishment-at-sea. Carl Vinson will soon depart the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility for its homeport of San Diego after supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
