An Iraqi woman walks her produce-filled wheel barrel across the street in front of delegates from the House Appropriations Committee for Foreign Operations as they walk through the "fish market" in the Shababkhar neighborhood of Adhamiya with members of the regional embedded Provincial Reconstruction Team and Soldiers with the 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, currently attached to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-national Division – Baghdad, who operate in this northern Baghdad district, Feb. 7. The delegates were briefed on the Adhamiya area at the nearby Joint Security Station — Suleikh prior to arriving at the marketplace. The group was visiting the district as part of a larger mission to view activities of the Department of State, the United States Agency for International Development and the Department of Defense in Baghdad.
