(Apr. 18, 2009) Sailors assigned to USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 8 depart the ship during a homecoming celebration at Naval Station Norfolk at the end of a seven-month deployment. The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier and embarked air wing returned to Norfolk after completing five months in the 5th fleet area of responsibility.
