RODMAN, Panama (Jun. 23, 2016) Adm. Kurt Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command, delivers remarks during an all-hands call with Sailors and Marines assigned to the Harper's Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) on the ship's flight deck. To commemorate the recent expansion of the Panama Canal, Oak Hill is conducting a port visit in Rodman, Panama. During the visit, the ship is hosting a reception with local officials and diplomats from the United States and trade partners. Oak Hill is deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
