SAN DIEGO (May. 21, 2009) A team of U.S. Navy search and salvage specialists assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 1 prepare three 11-meter rigid-hulled inflatable boats to continue search efforts for a downed HH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter. The Navy is using unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) to search for the helicopter, which was assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 6 based in San Diego.
