Jerry Higgins, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), attempts to finish a puzzle with children at a community outreach event held at The Boys and Girls Club of Sioux Empire during Sioux Falls Navy Week 2012. Sioux Falls Navy Week is one of 15 Navy weeks planned across America for 2012. Navy weeks are designed to show the investment Americans have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
