Summary
A Marine scout sniper candidate with Scout Sniper Platoon, Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment looks through the scope of his weapon during a stalking exercise in the vicinity of SR-10 aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 22, 2015. The exercise taught Marines the importance of concealment during movement to a target and while firing from a position at a target. The stalking exercise was one of many conducted by Marines attending the Scout Sniper Basic Preparation Course with 2nd Bn., 2nd Marines, over the course of two weeks during the month of April.
