A coalition security force member conducts roll-call prior to a mission that arrested a Taliban leader in Helmand province, Jan. 24, 2013. The detained Taliban leader oversaw an improvised explosive device (IED) cell responsible for directing and carrying out large numbers of IED attacks against Afghan and coalition forces.
