A 136-ton crane lowers a smaller crane onto the deck of the Japanese salvage ship SHIN TATSU MARU. The ship is taking on equipment before sailing to a point 5.6 miles off the Okinawa coast, where a joint US/Japanese salvage team will begin operations to recover an Air Force HH-3E Jolly Green Giant helicopter that crashed during a night training mission
