190223-N-YG414-079 EAST CHINA SEA (Feb. 23, 2019) - Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Tyjhay McCain (right) from South Bend, Ind. directs the air crewman of a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter during a joint passenger swap training operation between the Coast Guard and U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
