180824-N-PH222-0114 TRINCOMALEE, SRI LANKA (August 24, 2018) Quartermaster Seaman Keegan Taylor, from Houston, takes a bearing during a sea and anchor detail on the bridge wing of San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) before a scheduled port visit in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, during a regularly scheduled deployment of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU). Anchorage and the embarked Marines of the 13th MEU are conducting a theater security cooperation exercise with the Sri Lankan Navy and the Navy Marines.
